If you are a new patient to our office, the attached file contains our new patient bundle with forms that will need to be filled out when you arrive at our office. If you prefer, you may print them and fill them out prior to your appointment and bring them with you. This will allow us to attend to your needs more quickly than completing them on your arrival. I brought my 7 year old son into the office. He had an abscess and a cavity. He was afraid and nervous! He was taken back and had to have x-rays done. He got to help and be a part of his care. He got to look at the pictures that were taken and then Dr. Coffin came in and explained everything that needed done. My little was very nervous when he heard that it had to be pulled out! He was certain that it would hurt! Dr. Coffin talked to him, explained everything and then told him about the special air that he could breath to help him! With a little coaxing, he out on his “piggy nose” and started to relax! Dr. Coffin assured him and told him that he’s doing great, every step. He answered every question in a way that a seven year old could comprehend!!
Between the ladies in the front, the dental assistant, and Dr. Coffin, this is HANDS DOWN the BEST dental office we have ever been to. I will absolutely have this office as our “family dentist” for as long as possible!!
